Its funny, My last journal entry is about being back aaaaannnnddddd here I am doing it again. School takes up most of my time these days  but Ill try and show the Da Community more love than I have been in the past. Got many photos to share as well. Hope everyone out there is doin alright!

Hey everyone! I know its been a VERY long time but I'm still alive! I got a new computer and I also got a degree. I also think that most people know about the crazy tornadoes we had in the south recently and I just wanted to say that my house is about 5 minutes from an area that got completely leveled. It's disorienting seeing all that mess every day.

BUT on a lighter note I have been trying my hand at more woodworking.  I have been making more knives which still need more practice but I also have been making wooden jewelry. I started up an etsy page so I would appreciate it if everyone went over and had a look. Feel free to tell me what you think or if you like the stuff you can make a purchase.

Hey everyone, My computer died from a graphics card failure a few weeks ago and I havent been able to update here. I should be back in a few more weeks. I been making some fun stuff though. Not much in the way of photos because its been unbearably sunny and exceedingly dry. But I have been making more knives and I started making necklaces out of scrap wood pieces. Ill put up pics of those when I can.

I won a photo contest!! Fall Creek Falls state park had a photo contest and I entered a photo-fav.me/d2co4nc and won first place!!! Im so excited! I have never won a photo contest before and I dont win many things anyway so this is fantastic!

Hey everybody!

Im alive I promise. haha. I have just been all over the place for a long time. But hopefully Ill be able to check all these 2,000 something messages. hahaha.  Oh goodness where to start... Summer. Im taking a linear algebra class at Dalton but its odd. They call it independent study. Basically I dont have a lecture I get assignments from the teacher and do everything myself and then go take the tests. its going well so far but its weird. So school is going well.

On the personal side of things I just had a friend call me a backstabber based on false information. Anyone ever have that happen? It kinda sucks.

On the photography side things are going alright. I havent actually been doing a whole lot of photos of late. I have kinda discovered woodworking and love it. haha. Im currently making wooden handles for knives and its quite fun. I may post pics of the finished product if anyone wants to see.  I also scored a piece of a black walnut log from a neighbor and after cutting it up I think it will make a good clock. haha. This is fun stuff.
